Will I receive an offer for my property?
An inquiry starts a review, not a guaranteed offer. If the property fits, we may discuss proposed terms. Any offer is subject to its written conditions and due diligence.
How much is my land worth?
That depends on the specific parcel, comparable sales, access, utilities, restrictions, and market demand. We do not quote a fixed price for every lot. You are welcome to obtain independent advice or an appraisal.
How long does a sale take, and who pays the costs?
Timing and costs depend on the agreement, title work, due diligence, and closing requirements. We discuss these terms before you decide; no closing date or allocation of costs is guaranteed by this website.
What happens to the land after a sale?

What if I don’t know the parcel ID?
A street address and city are a helpful start. If there is no address, share the county and any location details you have. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents.
